Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and food items:

  • ❌ No returns or refunds once the order is delivered.

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

    • The wrong product was delivered

    • The product arrived damaged or spoiled

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos sent to info@pureflowersandgifts.com.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
